If you arrive in Seattle early enough in the day, try to visit the Space Needle. Built for the 1962 World’s Fair, it offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of Seattle, Elliot Bay and Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges, including Mt. Rainier.

Day 2 June 19 - At Sea

Enjoy a day at sea aboard the Ovation of the Seas

Day 3 June 20 - Alaska Inside Passage & Juneau, Alaska

Once a route plied by Klondike gold rushers, Alaska’s Inside Passage spans 500 miles of shoreline jam-packed with some of the world’s most amazing landscapes and abundant wildlife. From the comfort of your ship, you’ll enjoy 360-degree views of the Alexander Archipelago, a collection of over 1,000 coastal islands that act as a shelter for smooth sailing in calm Alaskan waters. Once you arrive in Juneau you’ll find majestic views and rich culture in every corner. With its snowcapped mountains, misty rainforests, massive glaciers and bounty of wildlife, Alaska’s remote state capital is the perfect place to dive into nature. Framed by Mount Juneau and Mount Roberts, the city’s picturesque downtown area offers centuries-old bars, boutique shops and historic landmarks. For a taste of the local culture, visit the historic district and the Alaska State Museum. And for outdoor thrills, you can take your pick of activities ranging from whale watching in Auke Bay Harbor to tundra trekking over Mendenhall Glacier, and even try your hand at gold panning in Last Chance Basin.

Day 4 June 21 - Skagway, Alaska

During the 1898 Gold Rush to the Yukon, thousands of gold seekers disembarked ships at the new boomtown of Skagway to begin the 600-mile trek to the goldfields. Many Skagway businesses erected elaborate 2-story false fronts on their buildings, hoping the impression of being more stable and prosperous would entice more customers. You can see many of these restored buildings in Skagway’s Historic District. While in Skagway there are many fun activities like hiking, zip lining and rafting. You can also ride an authentic steam train through the White Pass to Fraser Meadows and back to Skagway, passing mountains, gorges, trestles and tunnels. This evening you will cruise through the scenic Inside Passage, a complex labyrinth of fjords and bays where whales and sea lions travel to during the summer months.

Day 5 June 22 - Endicott Arms & Dawes Glacier (Cruising)

One of Alaska’s lesser-known gems, Endicott Arm Fjord marks the southern edge of Fords Terror Wilderness area. As you drift through its 30-mile-long stretch, you can’t help but be awed by the surrounding granite cliffs, mountain valleys and dozens of gushing waterfalls. Drifting icebergs, deep blue waters and a spectacular tidewater glacier only add to this natural spectacle’s appeal. Your journey through scenic Endicott Arm Fjord ends with a front-row view of Dawes Glacier. Standing over 600 feet tall and a half-mile wide, this very active icecap is known for its spectacular calving displays which produce huge, chunky icebergs that float in area waters.

Day 6 June 23 - At Sea

Enjoy a day at sea aboard the Ovation of the Seas

Day 7 June 24 - Victoria, British Columbia

Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is located on the southern tip on the island of Vancouver. Best known for its mild climate and active outdoor lifestyle, Victoria is very visitor-friendly. Among its many attractions are world-famous gardens, its 150 years of British history, gourmet dining and fantastic shopping. Enjoy a Chinese Lantern lit walk through Butchart Gardens, explore the lavish lifestyle of the old industrialists at Craigdarroch Castle, take a Horse-drawn Trolley on a romantic journey through Victoria or take a Whale-Watching cruise and search for swimming Orcas, Porpoises, Elephant Seals and soaring Bald Eagles.
