Desiree Marsicano

Desiree Marsicano's life journey has been rooted in a deep passion for helping others, evident from her dedicated service to the community and citizens of Tampa and Hillsborough County for over 26 years. As a Tampa native and a third-generation Floridian, she has a strong connection to her home and the people around her.

Despite having a desire to become a Travel Agent since fifth grade, Desiree initially pursued a different career path, serving in roles for both the City of Tampa (Legislative Aide) and Hillsborough County School District (Community Program Manager)

However, her love for travel and her natural talent for planning getaways and outings never waned. She became the go-to person among her friends for travel planning, showcasing her ability to bring dreams and desires to life.

Encouraged by the support of her family and friends, Desiree finally decided to pursue her long-held dream of becoming a Travel Agent. She made this dream a reality by joining Dream Design Travels Agency in the beginning of 2023 and ultimately starting her own agency Deztination Travels. Stepping into the role of Travel Advisor, she continues to pour her passion into helping others make their travel dreams and "Deztinations" a reality.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and experience, Desiree actively educates herself within the Travel Industry. This dedication enables her to offer the best possible service and advice to her clients, ensuring they have memorable and seamless travel experiences.

Beyond her professional life, Desiree places great importance on spending meaningful moments with her family, including her loving husband, adult step-children, and two delightful grandchildren. 

She takes great joy in being a Self-proclaimed Disney Nerd. Her love for organizing Cruises and world-wide Travels reflects her enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences for her loved ones and clients alike.

Desiree's dedication to her faith is also evident, as she is a Faith-Based Travel Specialist. This means she can work with churches and congregations to arrange meaningful and spiritually enriching travel experiences for those seeking them.
