Day 2 Day 2 - TEL AVIV / BETHLEHEM
Arrive Tel Aviv airport and make your way to your hotel in Bethlehem for your six night stay. *Transfers available for an additional fee.
Day 3 Day 3 - BETHLEHEM / SHEPHERDS' FIELD / HERODION / MOUNT OF OLIVES
In Bethlehem, gaze out over Shepherds’ Field and visit the Church of the Nativity, where the cave revered as Jesus’ birthplace resides in the world’s oldest functioning church. Visit Begin your the Herodion, the fortified palace and final resting place of Herod the Great. Stand atop the Mount of Olives as Jesus did and enjoy a remarkable view of Jerusalem's “Golden City,” including the Temple Mount and Dome of the Rock. Forty days after His resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven from the Mount of Olives. Return to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 Day 4 - CAESAREA / HAIFA / MOUNT CARMEL / NAZARETH / CANA
Visit Caesarea, a center of the early Christians where an angel visited Cornelius, the first Gentile believer , and where Paul was imprisoned for two years before appealing to Caesar. Then you will arrive in Haifa and ascend Mt. Carmel for a panoramic view of Haifa Bay and the beautiful Bahai Gardens with its impressive Temples. Journey to to Nazareth, Jesus’ boyhood home and visit the Chapel of the Annunciation. Visit the Franciscan Wedding Chapel in Cana, site of Jesus’ first miracle, and take time to renew your vows before returning to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 Day 5 - SEA OF GALILEE / MOUNT OF BEATITUDES / CAPERNAUM
Worship as you sail across the Sea of Galilee. Visit Capernaum, center of Jesus’ ministry in the Galilee, and visit the synagogue built on the site where Jesus taught (Matthew 4:13, 23). On the Mount of Beatitudes, contemplate the “Sermon on the Mount” (Matthew 5-7). Explore the Church of the Fish and the Loaves at Tabgha, traditional site of the feeding of the 5,000 (Luke 9:10-17). See the Chapel of the Primacy, where Peter professed his devotion three times to the risen Christ (John 21). In Magdala, once home to Mary Magdalene, visit a recently discovered first-century synagogue. Return to Bethlehem for dinner or overnight.
Day 6 Day 6 - SAMARIA / JACOB'S WELL / CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
Visit Samaria, the capital of the Northern Kingdom and home to Ahab and Jezebel. See Mount Ebal and Mount Gerizim where the Israelites recited the blessings and curses of the Law. In modern day Nablus (ancient Shechem), see where the Samaritan woman encountered Christ at Jacob's Well. After an early dinner, we join worshippers from around the world and with the local Christian community in the Holy Land to participate in the annual "Lighting of Christmas Tree" ceremony in downtown Bethlehem.
Day 7 Day 7 - BETHANY / JERICHO / JORDAN RIVER / DEAD SEA
Travel to Bethany, where Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. Inside the modern day Church of St. Lazarus are mosaics that date back to the Byzantine church that originally stood here. Visit Jericho (the oldest city in the world) and visit the ruins of the ancient city conquered by Joshua. In the distance, you can see the traditional site of the Temptation of Jesus. Remeber your baptism at Qasr el Yehud, where tradition says Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist. End your day with a dip in the salt and mineral-laden waters of the Dead Sea before returning to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.
Day 8 Day 8 - WAILING WALL / GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE / POOL OF BETHESDA / VIA DOLOROSA / ANTONIA FOTRESS / GARDEN TOMB
Walk the Jewish Quarter and take time to visit the Cardo, a 2,000-year-old market with shops old and new. Touch a piece of the Temple when you pray at the Wailing Wall. See the Pool of Bethesda, where Christ healed the lame man. Walk a portion of the Via Dolorosa and then continue to the Lithostratus to see the remains of the Antonia Fortress where Pilate tried Jesus. Visit the Garden Tomb for a time of reflection and communion before enjoying a final dinner together in Jerusalem. *Overnight not included. Transfer to airport for overnight flight home for group not staying for additional nights in Jerusalem.

Day 9 - Tuesday, December 6, 2022 DAY OF LEISURE IN JERUSALEM
Enjoy a day on your own in Jerusalem. Some may want to visit the Museum of the Bible or spend time shopping. Late afternoon or evening you will visit the Wailing Wall for the 2nd time as a group, and travel through the Western Wall Tunnels along the foundations of the Temple Mount built by Herod. Spend time in contemplation and prayer at this holy site.
Day 10 - Wednesday, December 7, 2022 RETURN TO USA
Transfer to the airport early this morning for your return flight home and then arrive back in the U.S.A..
