Depart late afternoon from USA for your flight to Israel

Arrive in Tel Aviv and be welcomed by your ETS representative in the Baggage Claim area. Depart for Galilee, and time-permitting, stop at Caesarea Maritama to see the Roman Amphitheater, crusader fortress and ruins. Check in at your hotel and celebrate a Mass at the Mt of Beatitudes. Dinner & Overnight in Tiberias.

This morning, travel to Mount Tabor and celebrate Mass where Jesus met Moses and Elijah at the Transfiguration. Continue on to Nazareth to the Basilica of the Annunciation, where “the Word became flesh”. Travel to Cana where Jesus worked the first miracle; married couples will have the chance to renew their wedding vows. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

This morning drive north to visit Banias (Caesarea Philippi) where St. Peter made his confession to Christ as the Son of God. Travel to Tabgha where Jesus multiplied the loaves and fishes. Visit the Church of the Primacy of Peter and continue on to Magdala to see the excavations of the town of St. Mary Magdalene. Celebrate Mass. Dinner and Overnight in Tiberias.

April 22, 2023 This morning take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee to visit Capernaum. Celebrate Mass above St. Peter's house and see the ancient synagogue where Jesus taught about eating his Flesh and Blood. Option to enjoy the famous Peter’s Fish for lunch. Travel to Jerusalem and pass through Jericho, and see the Mount of Temptation and the tree of Zacchaeus. Upon arrival, check in, dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

This morning, drive to Bethlehem and celebrate Mass at the cave in Shepherds field. Visit the Church of the Nativity, then see St. Catherine’s Church, and the cave of St. Jerome. After stopping for lunch, travel to Ein Karem to see the birthplace of John the Baptist and the Church of the Visitation. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Very early in the morning, walk the Via Dolorosa (Way of the Cross) to the Holy Sepulcher and celebrate Mass at the Tomb (pending confirmation). Return for breakfast, and continue with a walking tour of the Old City, and visit to the Western Wall. See St. Stephen’s Gate and the Church of St. Anne where Mary was born, as well as the Pools of Bethesda where Jesus healed a lame man. Visit Dominus Flevit, the Mt. of Olives, and the Garden of Gethsemane. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Visit the authentic baptismal site along the Jordan River and renew baptismal vows. Celebrate Mass at the outdoor altar at the Baptismal site. Travel south to Massada, UNESCO World Heritage Site and an ancient fortress. End at the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, for lunch on own, free time to relax, soak up the sun, and swim in the salty water. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Visit Mt. Zion to see the Upper Room, the Church of the Dormition of Mary, and St. Peter in Gallicantu (“where the cock crowed”) and the Roman steps that Jesus walked.Celebrate Mass. Lunch on your own in the Old City and remainder of the day is free for shopping, prayer, and exploring in Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

This morning celebrate Mass at the Chapel at the Notre Dame Center, followed by breakfast. Visit the Holocaust Memorial at Yad Vashem. Spend the final afternoon at leisure. Return back to the hotel to enjoy your final dinner before transferring to the airport for your overnight flight home
